1. Remittances Specialist

Location: Dar es Salaam, Tanzania
Type: Full-time

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement strategies to grow the remittance business segment.
  • Manage relationships with international partners and ensure seamless integration of remittance services.
  • Monitor market trends and customer needs to identify new opportunities and improve existing remittance offerings.
  • Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and internal policies related to remittance transactions.

Qualifications

  • Conduct market research to identify potential merchants and understand their needs.
  • Provide training and support to merchants on the use of Tigo Pesa services and tools.
  • Work closely with the sales and marketing teams to develop and implement merchant acquisition strategies.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Sales, Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Experience in sales, business development, or merchant acquisition.
