Position: HR Manager
Location: [ Kibondo, Tanzania ]

Key Responsibilities
As the HR Manager, you will play a crucial role in managing and overseeing the human resources functions within DRC. Your responsibilities will include:
- Developing and implementing HR policies and procedures that align with DRC’s global standards and local labor laws.
- Leading recruitment efforts to attract, retain, and develop top talent for the organization.
- Ensuring compliance with legal and regulatory requirements related to employment and labor practices.
- Managing employee relations, including conflict resolution, performance management, and disciplinary actions.
- Overseeing payroll administration, benefits management, and employee welfare programs.
- Providing guidance and support to managers and staff on HR-related matters.
- Promoting a positive and inclusive workplace culture that reflects DRC’s values and mission.
Qualifications and Experience
To succeed in this role, you should possess the following qualifications and experience:
- A degree in Human Resources Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Extensive experience in HR management, preferably within the humanitarian or non-profit sector.
- Strong knowledge of local labor laws and employment practices.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to work effectively with diverse teams.
- Proven leadership and management abilities.
- Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with discretion.
- Proficiency in HR software and Microsoft Office applications.
- Fluency in English; knowledge of additional languages is an asset.
