2. Program Assistant – Livelihoods

Job Locations: Dar es Salaam, Tanga, Pwani, Mbeya, Iringa, Songwe, Mwanza, Dodoma, Singida, and Tabora.

At Brac Maendeleo, you will be part of a dynamic team dedicated to uplifting communities through innovative programs and sustainable solutions. Furthermore, as a Program Assistant, you will have the opportunity to work closely with local communities, thereby contributing to their social and economic growth.

Key Responsibilities:

Facilitate social empowerment initiatives aimed at improving the quality of life for community members.
Conduct community outreach and engagement activities.
Monitor and evaluate the impact of social empowerment programs.

Program Assistant – Livelihoods:

Support livelihood enhancement projects to boost economic opportunities for individuals.
Assist in the planning and execution of training sessions and workshops.
Collaborate with local partners and stakeholders to ensure the success of livelihood initiatives.

Ideal Candidate:

We are seeking enthusiastic and motivated individuals who meet the following criteria:

Relevant educational qualifications and experience in social empowerment or livelihoods programs.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Flexibility to work in various regions across Tanzania.
