Working Location: Arusha – Njiro

We are currently seeking candidates with over 1 year of experience in Human Resource functions to join our team. This role is crucial in managing and assisting with daily human resources operations.

Key Activities:

• Managing the employee database management system
• Handling contractual activities
• Maintaining accurate and up-to-date HR files, records, and documentation
• Overseeing recruitment activities and ensuring strong talent sourcing channels
• Providing clerical support to the HR department
• Assisting with payroll functions
• Supporting performance assessment activities
• Managing onboarding activities for new joiners
• Supporting Line Manager with offboarding activities

Job Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resource Management
• Minimum 1+ years of experience in Human Resource Operations
• Attention to detail
• Ability to work in a performance-based environment
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel) or related HR software
• Flexibility to learn
• Self-driven, creative, and possessing strong communication skills
