Key Responsibilities

As the Senior Manager of Enterprise Architecture, you will:

Lead Enterprise Architecture Strategy: Develop and implement the bank’s enterprise architecture strategy, ensuring alignment with business objectives and future growth plans.
Drive Innovation: Identify opportunities for innovation and digital transformation across the bank’s technology landscape, ensuring the adoption of best practices and emerging technologies.
Collaborate with Stakeholders: Work closely with senior leadership, IT teams, and business units to ensure seamless integration of technology solutions with the bank’s overall strategy.
Governance and Standards: Establish and enforce architecture standards, frameworks, and governance processes to ensure consistency and compliance across all technology initiatives.
Technology Roadmap: Create and maintain a technology roadmap that supports the bank’s long-term objectives, guiding decision-making for IT investments and projects.

Qualifications and Experience

Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field. A minimum of 7 years of experience in enterprise architecture, with a proven track record of delivering large-scale technology solutions.

Strong knowledge of industry standards and frameworks such as TOGAF, Zachman, or ITIL. Experience in banking or financial services is highly desirable. Excellent leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
