Qualifications:

• Education: Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Business Administration, Economics, or a relevant field (Master’s degree or professional certifications are an added advantage).
• Experience: 3–5+ years of experience in relationship management and/or banking.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Customer Relationship Management:
   • Build and manage relationships with high-value clients, providing personalized financial advice tailored to their needs.
   • Deliver exceptional customer service and resolve client concerns effectively.
2. Business Development:
   • Meet and exceed sales and business growth targets through proactive customer engagement.
   • Identify opportunities to cross-sell banking products and services.
3. Risk Management and Compliance:
   • Ensure adherence to regulatory and bank compliance standards in all activities.
   • Identify and mitigate risks in customer transactions.
4. Product and Market Knowledge:
   • Maintain a strong understanding of banking products, services, and financial markets to guide clients effectively.
5. Collaboration:
   • Work closely with cross-functional teams to deliver seamless banking solutions to clients.
